Demolition within a vacant childcare-premises renovation
Vacant former childcare space can be renewed for a reviewed new layout or converted to another use. Playrooms, small washrooms, fixed cupboards and a kitchenette may each need a different removal depth. Start with the intended use and an authorised vacant-premises project, not an assumption that every fitting should leave.

Compare selective renewal with a wider strip-out
A selective package may retain useful room boundaries while removing specified finishes and fixtures. A wider layout change may remove more ordinary partitions and expose their floor and ceiling junctions. In either case, the project professionals determine the assemblies' roles and preparation before removal.
For an illustrative vacant-premises refit, useful storage remains while a kitchenette and selected room finishes change. A conversion to another use might remove the obsolete storage enclosures too. These examples explain scope differences and are not Siteforce project records.
Assign the connected and receiving work
The appropriate trades handle affected plumbing, electrical and other systems. The receiving contractors define repair, waterproofing and new installation requirements. Work around children, continued operation and public procurement credentials are not offered through this guide. Access arrangements and the accepted work remain property-specific even when the rooms are empty.
